How do I place my order?

All Young the Giant VIP packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on sale beginning with the Young the Giant Artist Presale on Wednesday, February 18 at 10am local time. Click “Buy Now” next to your desired package and you will be directed to the venue’s ticketing site to secure your packages.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes. VIP packages are limited to 6 tickets per transaction.

I have an ADA request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my VIP experience?

If you require ADA accommodations for your VIP experience, please submit your request as soon as possible by contacting us HERE and include the following information:

  • Purchaser name
  • Purchaser email
  • 100x order number
  • VIP package name
  • Number of tickets in order
  • ADA accommodation request details

Providing complete information helps us support your request efficiently. ADA requests are processed in the order received and are subject to availability.

Accessible seating availability and configuration vary by venue. Once your request is received, our team will review available options with you.

Can I use my 100x VIP package for a promotional giveaway?

No. VIP packages may not be used for promotional giveaways. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for additional details.

Our VIP Program

Is there an age restriction for the VIP program?

Age restrictions vary by venue. Most shows are open to all ages, but we recommend checking your local venue’s website for specific age policies.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket?

Ticket types vary by venue. Where available, guests may choose between Premium Reserved seating or General Admission during purchase. Please review ticket details carefully to ensure you select your preferred option.

What is a General Admission VIP ticket?

General Admission (GA) VIP tickets provide entry without an assigned seat. Guests may be directed to a designated standing or seating area, depending on the venue.

GA VIP packages include early venue entry (where available), allowing guests earlier access to the venue.

What is a Premium Reserved VIP ticket?

A Premium Reserved VIP ticket includes an assigned seat. Seat location details will be displayed during the purchase process before you complete your order.

Are Platinum tickets the same as VIP?

No. Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets and do not include VIP amenities or experiences. Please use the information provided on the venue’s ticket ticketing page to ensure you are purchasing an official Young the Giant VIP package.

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

Ticket delivery options will be presented during checkout and vary by venue. Please review delivery details carefully when completing your purchase.

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

VIP check-in details, including location and timing, will be emailed to the purchaser 5–7 days prior to the event. Information may vary by show based on artist and venue schedules.

How will I receive the merchandise included in my VIP package?

All VIP merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up onsite.

Merchandise cannot be shipped before or after the event.

Where can I store my merchandise during the show?

Onsite merchandise storage is not available. Guests are responsible for their items during the show. 100x is not responsible for lost or misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included with VIP packages?

No. VIP packages do not include parking. Please consult your venue’s website for parking information.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary by venue. Please check your local venue’s website for specific restrictions.

What if my plans change and I can no longer attend?

VIP packages are non-refundable. Please review our Purchase Policy for full details.
